SHIPPING POLICIES

We ship to Canada using Canada Post.  All packages will be insured, and a tracking number will be provided. Any other countries including the USA will be subject to pre-approval.

CUSTOMS FEES

The client will be responsible to pay for any and all customs and other legislated fees.

FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA

We offer free shipping on orders over 200$ CAD for destination within Canada. 

OTHER DESTINATIONS

For all other destinations shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and final value of an order.

 If you prefer to use your own shipping account ( DHL, FEDEX or UPS), please make sure to provide us with the exact information at the time of your order, you may contact us anytime for more information at info@terrarockshop.com.

BACK ORDERS

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the orders at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will not be shipped or charged.

We don’t usually accept back orders, exceptions in the case of a special agreement. You will only be charged for products contained in any given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.

SHIPPING FEES

With the wide variety of products we carry, there is no way to know the exact shipping charges up and until the order is completely packed, weighed and ready to leave our warehouse.

Due to the uniqueness of our products, some delicate items may need more packing materials than others, this is to ensure our products arrive to you without any damages. To lessen our carbon footprint, we recycle boxes, plastics and paper whenever possible.

SHIPPING TIME

We cannot guarantee the exact date an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Terra Rock Shop or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping and product availability.  Under normal circumstances you should expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days.
