We ship from our warehouse, all orders are subject to availability. As a unique work of art, natural stone patterns may vary in colouration, veins and texture, even being alike.? Image colour may vary from actual product colour due to the difference in monitor settings of each end-user. Products made by different artisans could also show some variations from the images shown on our website. Two pieces will never be exactly the same. Terra Rock Shop is not liable for such variances. PAYMENT POLICY
We only accept Credit Card payment in Canadian currencies under the VISA and MasterCard umbrella brand, any other type of payment will need to be accepted by Terra Rock Shop , you can send your requests to info@terrarockshop.com.
There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact name, billing address and telephone number (i.e. name, the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Your shipping address must match your credit card address.
Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. (Credit card is typically billed upon purchase on the site?)
TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES
We automatically charge the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same province or outside province or territories in Canada, whenever GST, PST or HST is applicable. For orders shipped to other countries, like the USA, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes, custom broker fees, customs fees and other legislated fees which are applicable.
CURRENCY
All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars. The currency setting to USD is for approximation only and based on the current day XE.com servers.
For actual conversion rate please verify with your credit card provider. All invoices and information provided by Terra Rock Shop will be in Canadian Dollars only.

REFUND POLICY
We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at info@terrarockshop.com . If your refund is accepted, we shall send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us with a request for approval will not be accepted and be returned. The shipping fees and insurance fees on the return package will be at your cost.

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

EXCHANGES
You can exchange any items with another within 6 months of date of purchase! You will receive a credit note for the equivalent value to be used on a future purchase after the item(s) has been returned and in perfect selling condition and at your cost.
RESTOCKING FEE
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fees on some or all items on your return(s), we will confirm if restocking fees apply if we approve your refund.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected a returned item(s) to let you know if the refund is applicable. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the total cost using the same mode of payment you made to purchase your item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship to Canada using Canada Post. All packages will be insured, and a tracking number will be provided. Any other countries including the USA will be subject to pre-approval.
CUSTOMS FEES
The client will be responsible to pay for any and all customs and other legislated fees.
FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA
We offer free shipping on orders over 200$ CAD for destination within Canada.
OTHER DESTINATIONS
For all other destinations shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and final value of an order.
If you prefer to use your own shipping account ( DHL, FEDEX or UPS), please make sure to provide us with the exact information at the time of your order, you may contact us anytime for more information at info@terrarockshop.com.
BACK ORDERS
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the orders at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will not be shipped or charged.
We don’t usually accept back orders, exceptions in the case of a special agreement. You will only be charged for products contained in any given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.
SHIPPING FEES
With the wide variety of products we carry, there is no way to know the exact shipping charges up and until the order is completely packed, weighed and ready to leave our warehouse.
Due to the uniqueness of our products, some delicate items may need more packing materials than others, this is to ensure our products arrive to you without any damages. To lessen our carbon footprint, we recycle boxes, plastics and paper whenever possible.
SHIPPING TIME
We cannot guarantee the exact date an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Terra Rock Shop or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping and product availability. Under normal circumstances you should expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days.
