REFUND POLICY

We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@terrarockshop.com . If your refund is accepted, we shall send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us with a request for approval will not be accepted and be returned. The shipping fees and insurance fees on the return package will be at your cost.

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make the proper corrections.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange any items with another within 6 months of date of purchase! You will receive a credit note for the equivalent value to be used on a future purchase after the item(s) has been returned and in perfect selling condition and at your cost.

RESTOCKING FEE

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fees on some or all items on your return(s), we will confirm if restocking fees apply if we approve your refund.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected a returned item(s) to let you know if the refund is applicable. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the total cost using the same mode of payment you made to purchase your item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
